Teacher Lydia

Teacher Lydia graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) from the National University of Singapore. With her background in life sciences, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative expression to her teaching, fostering a dynamic learning environment for her students.

Teacher Lydia believes that children are natural learners and that learning is a lifelong journey that expands beyond the classroom. By tapping into their natural curiosity and eagerness to discover, she believes that a stimulating learning environment can be created when children feel encouraged to explore, ask questions and engage with the English Language in meaningful ways.

Her love for children once led her to leave Singapore and move to Cambodia for two years, where she worked at a non-profit mission school with a focus on providing quality education for underprivileged children in a rural community.

Before joining Pace, she worked as a learning consultant and certified trainer in the pharmaceutical industry for many years.

In her free time, Teacher Lydia enjoys writing poetry and taking long walks in nature.
