Teacher Charmaine thrives on the dynamic connection she shares with the children she teaches. Whether it’s the energy she draws from them or the enthusiasm she instills, her natural ability to engage with young minds shines through. She understands the importance of meeting children at their level, fostering trust, and encouraging them to embrace their unique talents as they embark on their journeys of discovery and learning.

 In her interactions, Teacher Charmaine aims to spark excitement, curiosity and creativity. In her English language classes, she thoughtfully delivers a themed curriculum each week, capturing her students’ interest and enthusiasm for mastering the language.

 Before graduating from the School of Business Administration at the National University of Singapore, Teacher Charmaine worked as a private tutor in English and Mathematics for primary school students. She then enjoyed a successful career spanning over 30 years in the commercial sector, holding senior executive positions in the aviation, fintech, and leadership consulting industries.

Currently, Teacher Charmaine is an MOE-registered Relief Educator. She is also a leadership consultant and a certified trainer and facilitator for adult learning.
